Andromeda CAD
Turn a design brief into an editable 3D concept. Build parts and multi-part assemblies, review dimensions, and export meshes. Choose a downloaded offline model through Ollama, your own Claude or OpenAI API, or a signed-in Codex or Claude CLI. The subscription does not include provider API credits.

Linux 0.6.0 — AI design, splines and Class-A surfacing · Windows 0.6.0 — AI design, splines and Class-A surfacing
Windows and Linux 0.6.0 early access are available. Choose Mistral, Qwen or Llama from the local Ollama download list, discover models through OpenAI or Claude APIs, or connect a signed-in Codex or Claude CLI. Desktop launches now enable both CLI connections. Connection checks report blocked runtime storage and clear stale verification. Download progress and installed-model checks help you set up local inference. Provider usage is separate from the CAD subscription.
AI can generate spline-based wings, bottles, pipes and fuselages, G2-matched Class-A surface patches, editable free-form patches, thickened surfaces, exact solid and surface sweeps, lofts, primitives, sketches, linked features and assemblies. Revise an existing control cage while keeping other parts and mates. Review dimensions and placement before applying changes, and export meshes as STL or OBJ. Use Verify CAD generation to test the selected model with a separate free-form and solid brief; connection checks alone do not establish successful generation.
Windows and Linux 0.6.0 pass geometry tests, rendered desktop workflow checks and packaged-launcher smoke checks. Published packages are verified after upload to Cloudflare. These are concept design tools; models require engineering review.
Core modelling and STL export are available without activation. AI generation and STEP export require activation; AI also needs your own provider access. Live AI generation has been tested with Claude on spline, loft, sweep, Class-A and assembly prompts; other providers and models may perform differently. Machining and G-code export are excluded.
Early access subscription
30-day free trial. Renews at €29 per month after the trial until cancelled. A payment method is required at signup. Cancel through Manage subscription before the trial ends to avoid the first charge.
Tax is not collected at checkout. Cloud AI usage requires separate provider API access; unlimited AI generation is not included.

Concept geometry is not a certified engineering design. Cars, satellites and robots need verified dimensions, mechanical constraints and engineering review. This early access solid modeller does not provide those engineering guarantees.
